Visit Gateway Church
There’s a place for you here. Whether you are new to church, returning after time away, exploring faith, or looking for community, you are welcome at Gateway Church.
We would love to welcome you to Gateway Church this Sunday.
Here is simple idea for you: What if there were a church where you could just come as you are? Well, that church is here at Gateway.
Whether you are new to church, returning after some time away, exploring faith, looking for community, or simply wondering if there is more to life, you are welcome here.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to know what to say, how to pray, or what to expect. You can come as you are.
At Gateway Church, we believe Jesus welcomes people with grace, truth, love, and hope. Our desire is to be a church family where people can encounter God, build meaningful relationships, grow in faith, and take their next step.
Wherever you are on your journey, there is a place for you here. We would love to help you become the person God created you to be.
You are invited to join us this Sunday.
Join Us This Sunday at 10:00 AM
Gateway Church meets every Sunday at:
Gateway Church
128 Mary Street
Arnprior, ON K7S 1E6
We meet at the old Alexander Reid Public School. Please use the right side entrance when you arrive.
Our Sunday service begins at 10:00 AM and includes worship, prayer, Scripture, a practical message from the Bible, and opportunities to connect with others.
You are welcome to come a few minutes early, grab a coffee, meet someone, and find a seat.
When you attend Gateway for the first time, you will be welcomed into a friendly, casual environment by people who are glad to see you.
And do not worry — we do not want you to feel lost. If you are unsure where to go, someone will be happy to help you find your way, answer questions, and help you find a seat.
Once you enter through the right side entrance, the main gathering area is straight ahead. You will find comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere.
Coat racks are available to the right, and washrooms are to the left around the corner.
You are welcome to come a few minutes early, grab a coffee, meet someone, and settle in before the service begins.
You can expect a warm, welcoming, and relaxed environment.
Our Sunday Worship Experience is designed to help people connect with God and with others. Each week includes worship through modern music, updates about what is happening in the life of the church, prayer, and a relevant, engaging message that helps us understand and apply the Bible to everyday life.
Our Sunday Worship Experience is casual and relaxed, and usually runs about one hour in length.
You do not need to be familiar with church to attend. You are welcome to listen, observe, sing along, ask questions, or simply take it all in.
There is no pressure to pretend. We are all people in need of God’s grace, learning to follow Jesus one step at a time.
Come as you are.
When you attend Gateway, you will find that everyone has their own style. Some people dress casually. Some people dress a little more formally. Most are somewhere in between.
We believe church is not about what you look like or what you wear. What matters most is who you are and that you feel welcome.
You do not need to dress a certain way to come to church.
Children are welcome at Gateway Church.
We offer Sunday school and nursery care during the Sunday service. GatewayKids is designed to help children experience age-appropriate lessons, activities, and connection in a safe and caring environment.
Our desire is to create a place where children can learn about God’s love in a way that makes sense for their age.
If it is your first time visiting with children, we recommend arriving a few minutes early so we can help you get settled, answer any questions, and get your children signed in without feeling rushed.
Your children matter to us, and we want your whole family to feel welcome.
And yes — you will still have time to grab a free coffee before the service begins.
Parking is available at Gateway Church.
There is a parking lot to the left of the school with plenty of parking. From there, you can walk across the front of the building to the right side entrance.
Please use the right side entrance when you arrive for Sunday service.
If you are unsure where to go, someone will be glad to help you.
Yes, we do.
If you need coffee in the morning to function, so do we.
We have a coffee table every Sunday morning so you can grab a fresh cup before the service begins. You are also welcome to stay after the service and chat with others.
Come early, grab a coffee, and make yourself at home.
We would love to help.
Whether you have questions about the service, kids ministry, baptism, faith, prayer, Life Groups, or how to get connected, you are welcome to ask.
You can talk with a pastor, a caring volunteer, or someone from our church family on Sunday. We would be glad to help you figure out your next step at church and in your relationship with Christ.
You can also contact us ahead of time if that feels easier.
No question is too small.
That is completely understandable.
Walking into a church for the first time, or for the first time in a long time, can feel intimidating. You may wonder if you will fit in, if people will notice you, if you will know what to do, or if you will feel out of place.
Please know this: you are welcome.
You can sit near the back. You can come with a friend. You can leave quietly if you need to. You can simply observe. There is no pressure.
We would be honoured to have you with us.
Gateway Church is for people from all walks of life.
It is for families, singles, children, youth, seniors, new believers, longtime Christians, people with questions, people rebuilding faith, and people who are simply curious about God.
Whether you are young or old, married or single, new to faith or simply curious, you are welcome.
